The Front Desk serves as the main point of communication and can be reached in-person during our normal business hours, via email or phone.
We offer many styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Broadway Dance, Acro Dance and more. Each is offered at various divisions/levels and through different programs.
Every student gets an opportunity to perform whether it is the end of year performance or one of our many productions and performances throughout the season.
CBS offers a variety of performance opportunities through our Companies and additional educational opportunities such as our NHSDA & Teacher Assistant Programs.
Adjacent to the studio is the Ballerina Boutique, the premiere dancewear shop in Southern Colorado, which is a resource for dance shoes, uniforms and accessories.
Students can find everything they need for every dance style at the Ballerina Boutique.
Yes. Class uniforms and attire vary by dance style and by level. At the time of enrollment, you will be informed of the required class attire.
Our Primary division offers The Sparkle Dance program for children as young as 2.5 years of age.
CBS offers one complimentary trial placement class in a dance style of your choice.
You can schedule your trial class by calling the Front Desk.
Yes. Adults are encouraged to register in our Adult Division. We offer Ballet and Spanish Classical Dance.
Yes. CBS offers open enrollment during our dance season, provided the desired class is not full.
You can enroll by setting up an account in the Parent Portal via the instructions in “Registration” , or by calling the Front Desk to schedule your complimentary (FREE) trial class!

The Colorado Ballet Society is proud to offer the Firm Foundation Legacy Fund.
This fund may give prospective dancers of lesser financial means the opportunity to dance by providing a need-based scholarship for those who qualify. Those who are interested in learning more about the Firm Foundation Legacy Fund can contact the Controller at billing@danceinthesprings.com.
The Colorado Ballet Society develops its fees and tuition according to standard dance academy practices, and offers competitive tuition rates based on the number of hours danced per week and the total number of weeks danced in the 37-43-week Season.
