Conditioning

Conditioning class is vital for our dancers to strengthen the body with attention and care. We break down the muscle groups being used during specific exercises while focusing on repetition and control.

Conditioning will ensure dancers use their muscles properly in daily dance classes and in day-to-day life and is intended to prevent injuries. This class features  Kinesiology (the study of the body’s move-ments) to broaden the understanding of our bodies mentally and physically.
