Kate is originally from South Dakota and began her yoga journey in college. She attended UCCS and UNC

where she received bachelor degrees in Biology and Nutrition. While Kate focused on her college

studies, she found her love of yoga at CorePower. She decided to become a certified instructor in 2010

and since then has added numerous styles of yoga to her repertoire. Her classes focus on functional

strength training, cardio conditioning, and mobility. Kate is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Experienced

Teacher and has been instructing yoga for 15 years.
